The App processes the following locally, on your device only:
This data is stored only on your device, inside the App's sandbox, and is protected by iOS Data Protection (file encryption). It is never sent to us or to any third party.
None. We operate no server that receives your content. We do not collect identifiers, usage statistics, crash analytics, advertising data or location. We do not build user profiles, and we do not sell or share any data — because we do not have any.
The App uses the network only to download the on-device AI models it needs to run: the Standard model (about 1.7 GB), downloaded once after installation, and, if you choose to enable it, Precision mode (about 3 additional GB), downloaded only at your request. These downloads happen via Apple's delivery system (Background Assets) and Wi-Fi is recommended. The transfers carry no conversation content and no personal data. As with any download, standard technical data (such as your IP address) may be processed by Apple as part of the delivery — not by us. Once the model(s) are downloaded, the App works fully offline; photo and document analysis is performed on device, with no upload.
The AI models are downloaded via Apple, after installation; they are not bundled in the App's initial download from the App Store.
The App requests no other sensitive permission.
The App contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no tracking technology. It does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and therefore presents no App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Because all data is local, you are in full control. Your conversations, documents and settings remain on your device until you delete them in the App or uninstall the App, which removes all associated local data. We retain nothing, because we receive nothing.
The App is not directed at children. As it generates AI content, it is intended for an audience consistent with its App Store age rating.
We adhere to the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you on our side, there is no personal data for us to access, rectify, erase, port or restrict — you exercise full control directly on your device. If you nonetheless contact us with a request or concern, we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority — in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Even though we collect no personal data, we provide this policy for transparency and to comply with the GDPR's information principles and App Store privacy requirements. No processing carried out by us requires a legal basis, since no personal data is processed on our side.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or to legal requirements. The current version is identified by its date and version number above. Material changes will be published with the App or at the URL where this policy is hosted.
